The Trustees and Governors of Sprowston Community Academy are seeking to employ an exceptional Headteacher who has the skills and ambition to lead this growing Academy which is increasing to a 10-form entry school. Candidates should ideally have proven experience of working with a 6th Form provision.
This excellent opportunity has arisen due to the current Headteacher’s decision to retire from this position at the end of the Summer Term 2018. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate an ability to continue to raise standards and achievement and to develop closer links with parents, the neighbourhood and the local business community in order to raise aspirations and create increased opportunities for our students. Candidates should be outstanding practitioners with excellent interpersonal skills, who are enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated professionals.
The Academy is part of the Norwich Teaching School Alliance and therefore there will be many opportunities for further professional development.
