Job overview
Spooner Row Primary School is a small rural school about 3 miles from Wymondham and this is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding Multi Academy Trust. Situated approximately 14 miles South West of Norwich, we are part of the Enrich Learning Trust family of schools. Spooner Row Primary School had its last Ofsted Inspection in October 2022 and was praised for:
- Positive behaviour and children that feel safe and are keen to learn;
- A well planned curriculum that develops children in all areas;
- Teachers that bring children’s learning to life.
We require an outstanding individual to recognise and build on current strengths while improving areas that are yet to be outstanding within a supportive and high performing Trust. The Governors and Trustees are looking for someone to work closely with the Trust Lead for Primary Education whilst having the scope and capability to lead autonomously to fully meet the community’s needs.
We are looking for someone who:
· Is an ambitious and integrous leader.
· Is passionate about students’ learning and has high expectations of all learners.
· Will strategically plan for the school to deliver an outstanding, world class education for their students.
· Has exceptional communication skills and resilience.
· Is seeking the opportunity to make a real difference to the learners and staff alike in our continuously improving school.
