Due to the promotion of our Headteacher, the Governors of Yarborough Academy wish to appoint an innovative, enthusiastic and inspirational Headteacher with the vision and drive to lead our successful academy. This is an amazing opportunity to develop further our unique curriculum. You will provide strategic leadership, deliver on educational excellence and ensure highly effective operational management.

The successful candidate will:

• demonstrate a track record on innovative practice leading to whole school improvement
• be committed to continuing professional development for all learners
• have the ability to nurture, inspire, challenge and support pupils and staff alike on our journey towards excellence.
• be aware of the challenges and opportunities of leading a successful independent academy
