Are you passionate about achieving outstanding teaching and learning in every classroom? Do you want to inspire children through engaging curriculums, and do you excel at developing your teaching staff to be the best they can possibly be? If so, then this could be the role for you!
We are looking for a passionate individual who relishes the opportunity to lead in all areas of education and is driven by establishing a culture of pupil and staff happiness, safety and personal growth.
The E-ACT leadership model allows Headteachers to focus on what they do best – improving the performance of staff, pupils and the academy’s reach in the local community. The operational management of the school is run by a Regional Operations Director, meaning that they will be responsible for budget management, estates management, line management of operational support staff or ICT in the academy.
If you are an established Headteacher who is excited by our model of leadership then we want to hear from you!

We want all our young people to have a sense of belonging in an active community, supported by fantastic teaching a learning, which aims to challenge them so that they can be the best they can be. We are a team of dedicated professionals who work hard to ensure the children and young people at our school reach their full potential and go on to be successful young adults, not only academically, but socially and emotionally too.
