The Governing body of Whitehills Primary School are seeking to appoint an outstanding senior leader with a proven track record.

Whitehills Primary School is based in Kingsthorpe, Northampton with 419 pupils on roll.

We are looking for someone who:

• has excellent communication skills
• has an innovative and creative approach
• has the capacity to inspire and motivate
• is committed to high standards of teaching and learning and the professional development of staff
• Works with staff, parents, pupils and governors to develop a clear vision for the school
• Is a proven leader and manager with good interpersonal skills
