Headteacher

Due to the retirement of our current Headteacher, an opportunity has arisen to appoint an inspirational and committed leader to this popular village C of E (Voluntary Aided) school in Northamptonshire.

This is an exciting opportunity to further develop a school that was rated as Good in the last Ofsted inspection in 2013. Our aspiration is that the school will continue building on the hard work by the outgoing Headteacher, staff and children to realise our goal of achieving great things whilst ‘Building Brighter Futures’ for all our children.

To achieve this the governors are looking for an inspirational, passionate, and ambitious new Headteacher for September 2017 who is dedicated to the best possible outcomes for our pupils and can enhance the many strengths of our school, providing the best possible opportunities for our children to achieve and exceed their potential.

Our school has a caring and inclusive atmosphere rooted in Christian values in which every child is encouraged to fulfil their potential. With vision and initiative to build on the success and good standards already achieved by our highly motivated staff team and governors, the newly appointed person will have a proven record of excellent leadership.
