About the Academy 

Welton C.E. Academy is a thriving and popular Church Primary School in a small village just outside Daventry, Northamptonshire. Being part of the David Ross Education Trust gives the school access to a support network and children benefit from a multitude of enrichment opportunities. The academy also has close links with St. Martin’s Church, Welton. The academy was graded as outstanding in both the last Ofsted and SIAMs inspections, but governors are realistic and understand that the goalposts have changed over the last few years. Staff also understand that there is work to do to maintain that standard again.
