Jubilee Academy 3-11 primary academy based in Nottingham with just over 450 pupils on roll. L.E.A.D Academy Trust are seeking a visionary leader to join us with the skills, experience and drive to move the academy forward and raise standards.

The role of the Head teacher will be to provide strategic leadership and professional management for the Jubilee Academy . This will secure success and improvement for the academy; ensure high quality education and personalised learning for all its pupils and high standards and achievement in all areas of the academy’s work. The Trust will expect the Head teacher to lead by personal example in demonstrating a full and professional commitment to excellence in education.

We are looking for an exceptional communicator who has a clear understanding of how to develop our school. You will have high expectations of pupils’ achievement and behaviour. You will be able to engage, motivate and excite pupils to learn. Your colleagues, the parents and other key stakeholders will trust and respect your leadership so that your vision can be achieved. Previous senior leadership experience is essential.

  • is an exceptional leader who leads by example with proven experience of accelerating progress and raising standards;
  • has the ability to communicate a clear vision for school improvement;
  • has the ability to work successfully with the community;
  • has the ability to lead a strategic team;
