You will have an apparent track record of successful school leadership and of leading change and improvement. You may be a senior or experienced middle leader ready for the next step in your career, or an experienced Headteacher looking for a new challenge. Either way, you will believe in power and moral purpose of education and insist on the highest standards. Your ability to establish relationships with the broadest range of individuals and organisation’s will be critical to your success.

Thorp Primary School is a popular, one form entry, co-educational 3-11 school which has recently been rated by Ofsted as a ‘Good’ School, committed to excellence. We are part of a cohesive Trust of three schools with capacity and ambition to grow in the near future.
