Maiden Erlegh Trust wishes to appoint an exceptional Headteacher to Maiden Erlegh Chiltern Edge, our 11-16 school situated on the Oxfordshire/Reading border.
Maiden Erlegh Chiltern Edge is a school rooted in its local community and is on a journey of improvement having joined the Trust in August 2018. It is an all-ability secondary school with high expectations for its students and staff, and the Trustees now wish to appoint a strategic and collaborative leader with a clear vision to inspire the school community. As an aspirational or experienced school leader, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to wider leadership system across the Trust and through our Teaching School, and to help shape the future of the Trust.

Maiden Erlegh Chiltern Edge is a small but growing community secondary school serving the families of South Oxfordshire and North Reading.
The school joined Maiden Erlegh Trust in August 2018 and are on a journey of improvement.
