As the leader of Windale Primary School you will face a great challenge; to develop the educational experiences of each and every pupil under your care.

The school was placed in Special Measures in January 2015. The Trust made interim arrangements which have secured the first stages of improvement and we are now looking for a determined and skilled leader to take the school through to success.

Our Trust, situated on the edge of Oxford, serves an area of socio-economic challenge and with our three schools at different stages of the improvement journey we work closely together to set the vision and values that underpin success.

We have an ambitious curriculum and rich experiences that broaden the horizons and ambition of every child. Working in strong collaboration with the Executive Head, our other two schools and our sponsors you will lead your school team to ensure that the potential of Windale Primary School and its community is fully realised.
