We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and inspirational individual to join our aspirational school.

We are looking to appoint an inspiring, dedicated and enthusiastic Headteacher for September 2025.

This position would suit an experienced, ambitious Deputy Headteacher ready for the move to Headship and able to strategically lead our school in the next phase of its development.

The school is currently underway with an exciting change to its branding and values which will take effect from September 2025, which the successful candidate will be able to fully embed upon their appointment.

We are particularly interested in leaders who:

  • Are passionate about making a positive change to children’s lives by providing children with outstanding learning experiences.
  • Can raise pupil achievement so that all children reach their full potential.
  • Champion an inclusive learning environment, where every child is challenged and supported.
  • Have the knowledge to lead the school as it seeks to develop the quality of teaching and learning and associated outcomes.
  • Will engage and strengthen community connections and relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Has the vision to drive our shared vision forward into its next exciting chapter.


The core purpose of this role is to provide professional leadership and management of the school to achieve the highest of standards in all areas of the school’s work, promoting and supporting the vision of the school and Keys Academies Trust.
