Job overview

At United Learning, we take pride in bringing out the Best in Everyone – from the children we teach, to the local community. With the support of our whole group, you will enjoy the benefits of sharing ideas and expertise with leaders of both state and independent schools nationwide.

Most importantly, you will have expert support and resources to implement your ambitious vision.

We are looking for a Headteacher with energy, passion and resilience to build on a culture of high expectations, achieving the best outcomes for all students. We strive to ensure our students become confident learners and positive citizens in our local and global communities.

Working with the support of the Regional Director, you will work creatively and collaboratively to grow the school and nurture excellence in all areas. Our established network of support makes this an ideal position for someone new to headship.

Since joining United Learning the foundations have been laid for significant and substantial improvement, but there remains much to do to ensure the school provides an outstanding education for all. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an ambitious Headteacher to lead a school to sustained success while benefiting from the support of a high-performing national trust.

To arrange an informal telephone discussion, please email Steve Adcock on stephen.adcock@unitedlearning.org.uk. To arrange a visit to the school, please contact Arlene Gajdus on - agajdus@kingrichardschool.net
