Grindon Hall Christian School seeks an inspirational Principal who is passionate, creative and visionary with strong leadership skills to join them on their improvement journey as they strive to make a significant difference to the lives of their students by developing their skills and delivering real opportunities for their future.

Set in its own attractive grounds, Grindon Hall Christian School is an all-age school providing education to around 590 pupils. With our own brand new, excellent sporting facilities and being located within easy access of the Northumbria, Lake District and North York Moors National Parks, Grindon Hall Christian School is well-placed to offer a full and broad range of extra-curricular activities. The curriculum at Grindon Hall is traditional, offering those subjects which we believe to be of lasting value and which will give our pupils strong foundations for whatever future path they follow.

The Principal will join Grindon Hall Christian School as it embarks on the process of joining Bright Tribe Trust. Bright Tribe Trust is a growing multi academy trust which, together with its sister trust Adventure Learning Academy Trust, works with schools in the north west, south east and south west of England and is one of 5 multi academy sponsors chosen by the Department for Education to support school improvement as part of a ‘Northern Hub’.
