Following the retirement of our Headteacher we are looking for a warm, engaging and inspirational leader who will further develop our school and its wider network of collaborations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and passionate Headteacher to be part of a wonderful school that has vision, connection and ambition. We believe strongly that our job is to ensure that everyone, both pupils and adults, are constantly learning. Our motto is “learning together” with choice and opportunity.

It is this vision that has seen us gain School Direct Lead School status, be a lead in the Whitley Excellence Cluster, support the founding of a charity for our community-Aspire2, and create essential links to numerous art, sports and learning organisations both in our local area and further afield.

At Geoffrey Field Junior, we have outstanding teachers and support staff who care deeply about our pupils and their families. They are always willing to go above and beyond, as evidenced by our multitude of after-school and extra-curricular activities, and we want a Headteacher who can lead and inspire pupils, parents and staff.
