Job overview
Due to the retirement of our well respected Leading Headteacher, the Governing Board would like to appoint an experienced individual, who will deliver strong effective leadership and will ensure that our children reach their full potential within an enjoyable inspiring and inclusive environment.
The successful applicant will:
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and have a forward thinking vision for the school
- Have the ability to motivate our dedicated staff team, through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Build strong relationships between the school, parents, our Sure Start partners and the wider community
