Headteacher

Due to the promotion of the current, well respected Headteacher, The Governing Board, Staff, Children and Families of Springside Special School are seeking to appoint to the post of Headteacher.

We are looking for an outstanding leader who:

• Has the potential to drive forward our “Good” School on its journey to “Outstanding” and beyond
• Can further galvanise a committed existing staff along that journey
• Is committed to school-to-school collaboration and partnership work with the co-located Mainstream Headteacher, Staff and Children
• Is child and family centred in approach to public service
• Is visionary about the curriculum and capturing progress systematically and demonstrably
• Is a people-person as well as a systems leader
