PA to Headteacher  

 EXPERIENCE/SKILLS (ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS) 

• Several years’ experience working in office environment at a senior level. 

Qualifications/Training  

• NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification or experience in relevant discipline 

• Excellent numeracy/literacy skills. 

PURPOSE OF THE PA ROLE:

• To support and uphold the Catholic ethos and values of the School.

• To positively contribute to fulfilling the mission of the School.

• To work to raise expectations and standards within our community.

• To promote a positive image of the School.

• Provision of a confidential and professional administration service, and support to the Headteacher.

• Provision of whole school Human Resources administration and support.

• Provide support to the School Business Manager with the operation and delivery of Human Resources management within the school.

• Provide support to the Senior Leadership Team, as and when required.
