We are looking for a passionate individual who relishes the opportunity to lead in all areas of education and is driven by establishing a culture of pupil and staff happiness, safety and personal growth.

The E-ACT leadership model allows Headteachers to focus on what they do best - improving the performance of staff, pupils and the academy’s reach in the local community. The operational management of the school is run by a Regional Operations Director, meaning that they will be responsible for budget management, estates management, line management of operational support staff or ICT in the academy.

About Pathways E-ACT Academy

We are a two form entry school for children aged 3 – 11 years old with an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ for our early years provision. Our academy motto is ‘Standing Out From The Crowd and Feeling Proud’ and we are certainly proud of our children. They know they are special, whether they are making excellent gains in their learning, attitude and behaviour or showing off their many talents. Together with our enthusiastic and dedicated staff team who have a strong vision for the future of the academy and work with parents in the community of Longley and Sheffield as a whole.
