Following the retirement of the current Headteacher, the Governors of Lady Katherine Leveson CE Primary School are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, people-centred and inspirational leader for this wonderful school from 1st September 2017.

Lady Katherine Leveson is a one form entry, Church of England primary school, set in a rural location, in Solihull Metropolitan Borough.

The Governors are looking for someone who has, among other attributes:

  • A commitment to the Christian ethos of the school
  • High expectations of children’s achievements and behaviour
  • Proven outstanding leadership at primary level
  • The ability to lead, motivate, influence and inspire children, parents and staff
  • A good understanding of the analysis of data to raise standards
  • The ability to communicate with all sections of the school community
