Due to the forthcoming retirement of our current Headteacher, the Governors of St Peter’s C of E Primary School are seeking to appoint an inspirational, forward-thinking and motivated leader who will lead and build upon the Christian ethos of the school, and continue to work closely with the church and wider community and support us in our ambition to remain an outstanding Christian school.

We are seeking a leader who:

  • has drive, energy, passion and ambition
  • will promote excellent and highly effective teaching practice throughout the school

  • has robust monitoring and evaluation skills, enabling the formulation of well-focussed development plans

The post is likely to come under the requirements of the Childcare (Disqualification) 2009 Regulation and the successful applicant will be required to complete a declaration form to establish whether there are disqualified under these regulations.
