Greywood Multi Schools Trust seeks to appoint an inspirational, visionary, innovative, tenacious, highly skilled and highly effective Headteacher. This is an exceptionally exciting and dynamic opportunity to lead a successful secondary special school through the next phase of development and to be part of a growing Multi School Trust.

Holding high aspirations for our students the appointed Headteacher will be of the highest calibre and will be expected to:

• Drive progressive and sustainable improvements to secure outstanding outcomes for our students
• Lead and inspire staff to deliver an outstanding curriculum whilst seeking to continuously improve the learning environment
• Build on our reputation and influence to generate partnerships, sponsors, additional capital and income
  

The successful candidate will have proven and highly effective leadership skills, the ability to think strategically and operationally, be committed to pro-active and  collaborative working, demonstrate financial acumen, understand the widest range of additional needs in students, and hold a personal philosophy that ensures every student becomes the best person they can be.
