• have a proven track record of successful leadership and management
• be passionate about teaching and learning
• be able to work in partnership with staff, parents and carers to drive, acknowledge and celebrate the achievements of our children
• have a commitment to deliver continuous improvement in all aspects of the school
• be able to share and promote the Christian ethos of our school.
