Headteacher

We are a small village school situated in beautiful rural surroundings on the Suffolk Coast.

Our children are looking for a Headteacher who:

Our staff need someone who:

• loves teaching and learning
• values the unique ethos of the school
• will develop the potential of the staff and the children
• is approachable and communicates well.

Our governors are looking for someone who:

• is able to make a difference to every child
• has an understanding and empathy of the context of our unique school
• can build on and maintain strong relationships with staff, parents, children and the local and wider community
• will uphold Christian values
• demonstrates the leadership skills required to achieve our aim to move from 'Good' to 'Outstanding'.
