On behalf of the governors, we would like to thank you for your interest in the role of Headteacher across Broadmere and New Monument Primary Schools, part of Bourne Education Trust (BET).
Broadmere School and New Monument School are two one-form entry schools, both with nurseries, approximately five-minutes drive from one another.
Both schools are popular and successful with a motivated and diverse cohort of staff, all of whom are committed to helping our pupils and each other to thrive, aspire and achieve.
Our belief is that all children can achieve excellent outcomes when surrounded and supported by caring staff with high expectations. We are passionate about professional development and are proud of our track record in career progression for our staff.
