Due to the retirement of our current highly regarded Headteacher the Governors and children of Wheldon Infant School and Nursery are looking to appoint a new Headteacher. We are looking to appoint an inspirational leader who has the skills, passion and qualities to continue our schools journey providing the best possible high quality education to children in their local school close to where they live.

If you are that person you will need to be:

• Motivated and able to challenge and inspire others to provide high quality teaching and learning experiences every day;
• Highly aspirational of yourself, staff and pupils;
• A visible and approachable leader with excellent interpersonal skills;
• Able to evidence your experience of leading and managing school improvements.
