The Governors of this popular, oversubscribed and highly regarded school are seeking to appoint a Christian Headteacher who would relish the challenge of building on the successes of a school on its journey to Outstanding, which was rated Good, with aspects of Outstanding by OFSTED (2013) and SIAMS (2013). You must have a proven track record of expanding and developing pupil experience; be able to inspire and motivate a highly professional and dedicated team; be committed to promoting the distinctive Christian ethos and values of a Church school; and possess a warm sense of humour.

Our school enjoys and values working closely with our parish church and local community.

We are seeking a Headteacher who:

  • Is an inspirational and ambitious leader
  • Is an outstanding and motivating team leader who values the contribution of children, staff, parents, Governors and wider community
  • Is able to recognise and build on existing strengths and creatively develop new opportunities that will enhance the quality of education
