Nethersole CofE Academy is seeking a new, inspirational headteacher to provide professional leadership for the School to secure its success and improvement, ensuring high quality education for all its pupils and high standards of learning and achievement.

Our school is welcoming, happy and caring. In keeping with our Christian foundation, we focus on personal qualities through the values we teach, to establish the relationships necessary to succeed both socially and intellectually. Our pupils become good communicators, with a ‘have a go’ attitude, and the confidence to learn from their mistakes and move onwards.

At this point we are looking for a dynamic leader to drive the improvements at the school – ideally you will have had previous headteacher experience or have been a deputy headteacher / head of school with significant leadership and management experience. The successful applicant does not have to be a practicing Christian, but we do ask that you support and promote our Christian values and the values and aims of BDMAT.

We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to visit Nethersole CofE Academy, and we hope that the opportunities, children and challenge that you encounter will encourage you to apply.
