Job overview

The Governors are seeking to appoint a strong and energetic leader with a successful track record to lead an enthusiastic staff and an improving multicultural school.

You will work closely with the Governing Body, LA, staff, parents and pupils to achieve the school’s aim of becoming an outstanding school and have the ability to engage with the rich cultural, religious and demographic mix of our catchment area.

You will be able to demonstrate outstanding leadership and management skills and have the ability to successfully implement improvements. You will be able to inspire and provide clear direction for staff and stakeholders and be able to secure an effective and exciting learning environment for our pupils.

Essendine Primary School is a mixed state-maintained primary school in Maida Vale.

In September 2022, Essendine Primary School federated with Hallfield Primary School to form the North Westminster Federation.
