Our school is a happy place to be. It's not just about the high academic standards we achieve, though these are very important to us. It is about the love of learning that comes from being inspired and challenged by creative teachers who know you well and understand what makes you 'tick'; it is about the 'buzz' of learning when every child is engaged and enthused; it is the about the understanding that every child can be heard and can contribute. We make the most of our small size and lovely rural location to give our pupils the very best start to their learning. We love our mixed-age classes, as we see how much our pupils learn naturally from each other, both academically and socially. We are able to offer what all schools offer, but so much more besides - experiences and challenges beyond the curriculum that encourage and inspire each child. Our children leave us with confidence, with a love of learning and with happy memories of their first school days which we believe will stay with them forever!
