Stanton Road Primary School is a caring, welcoming and inclusive school in the thriving community of Bebington. Part of the ambitious and well-respected Oak Trees Multi Academy Trust, we have around 300 children aged 4-11 on roll, and our last Ofsted inspection (2021) judged the school to be Good. With supportive parents and strong links to our community, it’s a fantastic place to become Head.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, committed and positive Headteacher (or experienced Deputy) to lead an enthusiastic, motivated team which provides a deeply child-focused and rounded education. Working closely with the MAT Executive Team and other stakeholders, you’ll ensure Stanton Road continues to be a successful and improving school.

Key to your success will be an inspiring and collaborative leadership style, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build a strong collective vision for the future. You must have a track record of inclusive leadership which has resulted in sustained school improvement, and will understand the importance of building supportive and flexible teams. We’re looking for someone who can exemplify high standards in every area; but since we believe that outstanding teaching and learning underpin the highest quality education, a strength in this aspect would be a definite asset.
