Headteacher

Due to the retirement of our highly respected Headteacher the Governors are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and innovative person to lead this community focused school from September 2017.

Tenbury C E Primary Academy is a happy and successful school situated in a Worcestershire market town on the borders of Shropshire and Herefordshire set in extensive and secure grounds with a dedicated Forest Schools area. The school has a fully inclusive ethos and Governors are committed to excellence in all areas of school life. The school is part of the Bishop Anthony Educational Trust.

We are looking for a new Headteacher to be a leader

• who will inspire, motivate and challenge staff, children and parents alike;
• who will be committed to working in partnership with Governors, parents, the community, and developing the ethos of a Church of England school;
• who has experience of leadership and management in relation to the age range of the school and an understanding of managing school finance;
• who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• who has high expectations for all pupils’ all-round development.
