Our ideal candidate will have the creativity and vision to take our school forward into the future. You will need to be strong on the analysis of data and figures. Our strong SLT needs a far-sighted and creative leader. And of course, you will have your finger on the pulse of education and its ever-changing landscape.

The school is a founder member of the Pathfinder Multi-Academy Trust, itself a significant aspect of our learning community. Our new Headteacher would be expected to play an important role within the MAT. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with our other schools to provide an outstanding education to all MAT children.

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a Disqualification Declaration and the successful candidate will also be subject to an enhanced DBS check.

Shortlisting: Monday 12 June 2017 

Interviews: Wednesday and Thursday 21 and 22 June 2017.
