This new role will be responsible for an interesting and varied remit. The successful candidate will be writing policies and procedures, producing accurate reports and records, and conducting audits, assessments and checks throughout the School. They will also prepare for health and safety inspections, train staff and will be a key advisor to the School’s various committees and external suppliers.

This role will suit a candidate with at least three years of experience in a similar role, with high levels of initiative and strong communication skills. They would relish the opportunity to use their detailed knowledge of health and safety legislation to implement best practice, advise the School community, maintain the School’s excellent health and safety record and enjoy being part of the life of our vibrant and historic School.

Harrow School is an independent boarding secondary school for boys aged 13-18. It was established, by royal charter, in 1572 during the reign of Elizabeth I. It is operated as a Royal Charter Corporation, which is a charitable trust whose trustees are the school’s governors. The school licenses the Harrow name to a number of schools in Asia.
