Do you have the drive, passion, and commitment to deliver outstanding health and safety management? This is an opportunity to join a dedicated team of staff at Consilium Academies who are committed to providing the best possible education for our pupils.
As a growing organisation we are looking to recruit an organised, experienced, and passionate health, safety, and compliance manager to join our Estates Team in the central office. You will lead on the development of health and safety policy as well as oversee the operational delivery at our schools.
You will work closely with the estates team and school leaders to ensure our schools, colleagues and students are safe and lead on creating a safety culture for our trust. You will be instrumental in building our level of assurance across all schools, being the professional face of our safety system and strategically managing the processes required.
