An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Schools Health and Wellbeing Nurse at Westonbirt Schools.
The Health and Wellbeing Nurse is required to be responsible for providing medical care to boarding and day pupils of Westonbirt School and first aid care to all members of the school community. In addition, they will ensure that all the relevant administration associated with this duty of care is properly maintained and in line with school policy.
We are seeking candidates with at least 2 years’ experience in school or health care with previous experience in either Practice nursing or School nursing.
The role is for 3 full days 8am to 5.30pm, Wednesday, Thursdays and Fridays, term time only. Additional hours maybe required on occasion and these will be paid at an hourly rate.
This role commences in September 2022.

About Westonbirt School
Founded in 1928, Westonbirt School is a secondary school with a sixth form for boys and girls between the ages of 11 and 18. There are currently around 500 pupils enrolled at the school. It is situated on 210 acres of land in Tetbury, Gloucestershire. The school has a thriving boarding community. Pupil numbers have grown rapidly since the transition to full co-education in September 2019. A whole site development masterplan is in place which has seen significant investment in new teaching spaces, boarding accommodation, sports facilities and infrastructure.
