Chesterfield College is seeking a customer-focused Helpdesk Manager to fill this newly-created role, leading our IT support function.

Passionate about people, process and service delivery, you will manage our small team of apprentice and experienced technicians; ensuring we engage positively and proactively with all our customers: owning, tracking and resolving issues.

You will combine an efficient and methodical approach to monitoring incidents, orders and assets, with the interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships with customers and be viewed as a safe escalation point if expectations are not met.

You will take pride in a job well done and will constantly look for opportunities to improve the service we provide, share good practice and promote a right-first-time culture; supporting the college's mission: Inspiring futures, changing lives.
