High Level Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic High Level Learning Support Assistant. 

This position requires someone with experience working with students who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) and English as an Additional Language (EAL), both in one-on-one and group settings, along with Level 3 qualifications in teaching assistance or support. 

You should possess detailed knowledge of current legislation and support techniques that facilitate student progression. Personal attributes should include a strong passion for education, a commitment to fostering student independence, the ability to identify gaps in provision, and the capacity to devise solutions to help students and teachers adjust their teaching methods to meet individual student needs. 

Additionally, excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and maintain composure under pressure.
