We are looking to recruit an innovative and dynamic Higher Education and Careers Lead for the school year beginning late August 2023. All of our students go on to Higher Education.

The ideal candidate will have

  • Strong academic qualifications, including a good degree
  • Previous school experience in university and careers guidance and/or worldwide university admissions
  • Demonstrated relevant experience of providing guidance on career employability learning
  • Proven familiarity with college and university networks
  • Familiarity with IB DP and IB MYP
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and persuasively
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • A growth-mindset looking to improve continually
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to a new cultural environment
  • Resonance with Southbank’s global outlook
  • Proven ability to lead
