Salary: NJC Scale 6 TTO

Fixed Term Contract (2 year with possibility to extend)

The Governors of H3 Federation are looking to appoint one outstanding Higher Level Teaching and Learning Assistant (HLTA) at Haverstock School for a start as soon as possible. 

We are looking for an HLTA who is a specialist in Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) who would work predominantly in our Camden Reintegration Base (CRiB).

Further information on our CRiB can be found here. The colleague would support learning in the CRiB and also in the mainstream school.

We are looking to appoint a colleague who can also demonstrate:

●        An incredibly strong moral purpose evidenced through unquestionable ambition for every single student

●        Clarity of expectation and instruction, setting high standards for themselves and others to ensure that excellent outcomes are achieved for all students, specifically those with SEND

●        The ability to support students with barriers to learning to become successful independent learners.

●        The ability to effectively manage key strands of the school development plan

●        Genuine commitment to teamwork and collaboration as part of an ambitious and welcoming new federation of schools
