Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a  HLTA Teaching Assistant to join our successful supply teaching support team and to work in a local primary school in Durham. This will be a full time, HLTA Teaching Assistant role commencing in January 2019.


The Governors this small and welcoming  Primary School are seeking to appoint a highly effective, conscientious and motivated HLTA to cover Maternity Leave in school, where both staff and governors are committed to ensuring that all children meet their full potential. The successful candidate will work with whole KS1 classes, groups and individuals to support learning and raise standards.


To be considered for the position of HLTA Teaching Assistant you must:


• Have experience supporting children in primary education 

• Hold a Level 5 Teaching Assistant qualification 

• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Primary School Staff
