Forest School has an opportunity for a suitably qualified, enthusiastic and experienced HLTA (or equivalent) to join our successful Learning Support Department, to work with a range of outstanding pupils at secondary level who have a wide range of learning differences. The role will involve a mixture of classroom support alongside small group and individual interventions, which they will be responsible for through delivering and assessing pupil progress.   The successful candidate will also manage most of the administrative tasks within the department. This provides an unique opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in all areas of SEND. They will have good interpersonal skills, an ability to engage and work with teenagers, and will be able to work across all subjects in a selectively academic environment.  They will be someone who shares the school's passion for encouraging all pupils to work towards their maximum potential.

Interviews will be held week commencing 7th October 2019
