Job overview

North Start Community Trust is looking to recruit a suitably experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to lead on SEND interventions. The successful candidate will have demonstrable communication skills and excellent attention to detail, share a passion and enthusiasm for our education trust and be determined to make a difference to the lives of pupils as part of our partnership commitment. You will work under the direction of the Senior Leadership Team, to support access to learning for pupils and provide general support to individual target children, groups of pupils and pupils in class.


The academy is committed to your professional development. You will have ongoing support from the senior leadership team and will attend appropriate training and development opportunities. You will be given support, time and space to grow as a leader and improve the provision across the school.
