Job overview

Lea Valley Academy is an 11-19 community school with 840 students on roll.

Our wider workforce is highly valued and plays a vital role in the school’s aim to be a centre for educating our community for success.

These important roles would suit someone who wishes to make a positive difference in the students’ lives.  The successful candidates will be working and supporting in the Inclusion Faculty with individuals and small groups of students who have been identified with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, the successful candidates must work collaboratively with other members of staff and students who are not on the SEND register.

This is a good opportunity for candidates who are seeking a career path into teaching. This is a rewarding position where you can enrich the lives of students who attend Lea Valley Academy.
