The SEN Department at Raynes Park High School supports students in a mainstream environment with an EHCP and coordinates support and differentiation for SEN Support students. The department is seeking to recruit a full/part‐time HLTA (English) to provide specialist support for SEND students that will complement the professional work of teachers in the English Department.
Raynes Park High School is a vibrant, student-focussed 11 – 19 secondary school rated “Good” by Ofsted in January 2019. Situated in South West London, there are good transport links and free onsite parking. We foster a strong community and have great pride in our students and their achievements. Whilst the students are at the centre of everything we do, we recognise and value our dedicated and committed staff. We are actively seeking ways to enable our staff to achieve a balance between the exacting demands of their profession and their lives outside work. Above all we aim to ensure that every student is inspired to learn and achieves the best they can as a result of outstanding learning and teaching.
This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of our school and to make a significant contribution to the educational outcomes for SEND students. We are looking forward to appointing an inspiring individual who will continue the outstanding support for the students and contribute to the development of the Department.
Should you wish to visit the school prior to completing your application you will be warmly welcomed. Please telephone the school on 020 8946 4112 or email us at email@example.com if you would like to arrange a visit.
