The children benefit from the academy having a shared ethos of excellent teaching and learning, a keen focus of improving maths, literacy and life skills across the curriculum and a specialised Resourced Provision that is fully inclusive within the Academy through a remarkable approach.  

We are looking for a passionate, motivated and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work in partnership with teaching and other educational support staff within our new Communication and Interaction Assessment Centre.  You will provide learning support for pupils, working with them as directed by teaching staff within the newly formed Assessment centre or individually as required in accordance with academy policies and procedures.  

As a HLTA you will be supporting EHCP students within a newly formed Communication and Interaction Assessment Centre.  The successful candidate will have excellent people and communication skills and will be flexible to adapt to changing situations.

This is a fixed-term contract and is required to commence in September 2021
