Higher Level Teaching Assistant - HLTA


39 weeks per year, 32.5 hours per week (8:15am - 3:15pm)

START DATE – September 2025

We are looking for HLTA's whose role will be to lead effective support and provision for students identified with Special Educational Need or Disability (SEND). Promoting high standards of learning and achievement for all students.
This role will require you to establish excellent working relationships with students, to be their advocate, and to consistently promote a life-long love of learning. The jobholder will be required to work across the school, to support teachers in the development and delivery of learning for pupils. The successful candidate will need to be able to inspire a cohort of pupils who are academically very able and aspirational. Our pupils are extremely well behaved and are ambitious for themselves and others. Our pupils are very well supported by parents.
