Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

We are looking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Interventions to work in our new alternative provision, Konrad Halls Centre – this is a unique provision within the borough, providing targeted support for Year 11 students who are at high risk of disengaging from mainstream learning. The goal of KHC will be to use a relational/attachment based approach to give each child a ‘secure base’ characterised by sensitivity, responsiveness, consistency and recognition of their needs.
