Job overview

Richard de Clare Community Academy, Halstead, are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed HLTA to join our dedicated, friendly team. Our pupils are looking for a skilled and caring adult who can support them in their learning. I key part of this role is to take responsibility for whole class groups in all years (EYFS to Y6) when planned and emergency cover are required and to support the equitable delivery of PPA time for all class teachers. Prior experience is beneficial, but not essential.
