Working hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8am - 4pm, Tuesday 8am - 4.30pm (one hour for lunch unpaid);
Working pattern: 35.5 hours per week, Term time only (39 weeks);
Start date: 1 September 2023.
Vanguard Learning Trust welcomes applications for the position of Higher level teaching assistant (HLTA) at Ryefield Primary School. We are looking for a HLTA who will complement the work of teachers by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities under an agreed system of supervision, monitor pupils, assessing, recording and reporting on pupils’ achievement, progress and development and will, with the teacher, plan, prepare and deliver learning activities for individuals/groups as well as covering whole classes for planning, preparation and assessment (PPA) time.
